Beeswax burns roughly twice as long as regular paraffin candles, much brighter, hypoallergenic, and non-toxic. Trim your wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and each new lighting to avoid a large flame that can cause smoke. Don't leave in a draft because that can also produce smoke despite being smokeless wicks. Never leave a candle unattended. Place on a plate and leave it in the center of the table so it doesn't fall off. Better safe than sorry.
