Canada and US shipping rates          Free shipping on orders over $125 within a reasonable weight

$18 flat rate shipping in Canada for orders under $125   0 - 2kg

$20 flat rate for shipping in the US for orders under $125 Canadian.   0 -2kg

If for any reason you would like to order and get a quote not on this website, please message me and we can work out a deal. I can create and send and invoice off site and send your tracking numbers for the package that way. I'm relatively new with shipping prices (not shipping) so bear with me.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

 Shipped within 2 - 3 days at most. Candles must be made first in some cases. Delivery would be approximately (7 to 10 business days) for North America. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

 If you encounter an issue with an item for whatever reason, please contact me within one week of purchase. Please repack the item and send it back, less the cost of shipping. If the product is in a saleable condition, I will provide a refund. In any case, I will do my best to work out a solution if necessary. If you find damage or any error, you must contact me within one week of purchase.
